That is exactly what it sounds like. We enter an Agreement which provides, that if you are not successful in your claim will not charge you for our time in pursuing your claim. If you are successful however we will take our costs by way of an agreed percentage of your award, in addition to the costs paid to us by the other side. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. We do reserve the right to cancel the Agreement though if anything adverse arises which reduces your chance of success.
