Children

We advise and represent children, parents, grandparents and family members on matters that relate to children. We are on the Law Society Children panel and our specialist lawyers have extensive experience of making sure the children’s welfare is the most important issue in any dispute. We help to reach a successful outcome with as little distress as possible to both the children and the family as a whole. Our team are regularly instructed by Children's Guardians to represent children.
