Signed Business Guarantees and Brexit

People who have signed guarantees for businesses (including limited companies) should consult us if they are in any jeopardy because a little known decision form the Court of Justice of the European Union means that, at least until Brexit has fully taken place, they are entitled to the protection of the consumer credit regulations. Call one of our team of Commercial Solicitors on 0191 296 1777 for a no-obligation discussion of your problem.
