Surrendering business leases
Should a business tenant find it no longer wants, or perhaps needs, to surrender a lease before it expires there are a number of factors that need to be addressed and negotiated with the landlord. This requires an experienced lawyer to assess the client’s requirements and needs in the context of the lease obligations. This can include rent arears, dilapidations, notice periods and provisions for landlord enforcement action.
Hindle Campbell Law can provide the advice needed and assist in negotiating the surrender on terms that are acceptable to all parties.
